    Censorship of speech is a violation of the first Amendment inherently, also if a third party modifies or censors a person’s communications in a public or private forum, the instant they do that they become the publisher. Note that!

      No. They have had a feed for radio since the 1930s, and required audio recording of all sessions since the equipment became common in the 1950s.

    Can you charge someone with jaywalking on a rural country road? No. The mailboxes are on one side and to get to them you must walk across the road. So yes, I would think it was retaliatory to give a person a jaywalking ticket for crossing a rural country road. City slickers
