In this video, I show you how to make this Amazing Fried Shallot & Garlic Curry. This is a slightly different curry using a lot of shallots and garlic to make this super thick delicious curry that goes amazing with any dish. I recommend everyone try this, you will love it! Fried Shallot & Garlic Curry ingredients:
Shallots - 1 KG
Garlic - ½ KG
Oil - around 200ml
Some ginger
Green chillies - 20
Mustard seeds - 2 teaspoons
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Chana dal - 3 teaspoons
Some curry leaves
Dried red chillies - 6 to 8
Salt - around 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Curry powder - 6 teaspoons
Some tamarind (soaked in water)
