Absolutely gorgeous. The low notes sound really rich and soft at the same time. I also really like how the harmony is a little more toned down in the beginning and then comes to the foreground more and more. I am looking forward to checking out the rest of your stuff.

As a musician playing from 4 years old and now aged 57 I can honestly say that Collier is a genius. It's inspired and unique and beyond anyone I've ever seen. No one can copy. He is the Bach of our day now and we are lucky. However, he does not have the writing ability of say a Stevie Wonder who is the only other current world genius I can think of.
So you be yourself because some things are uncopyable.

Jacob's most important property is his depth of his understanding of harmony. I don't think he has even a single straight chord in his arrangements.
Also there are no silent gaps, the average sound pressure is way more even etc.
That being said, this is a good try, comparison to Jacob feels unfair, there is no-one else like Jacob.
