I believe that we are shifting as every second goes by; yet, most of us aren't fully aware that we're doing it because of our limiting beliefs lodged into our subconscious mind. If we, for a moment, stopped acting as if a disaster is going to happen next, then maybe we will experience our lives much more pleasantly.
I get these moments where I'm experiencing panic attacks, and it sure hell is hard to be grounded when my energy is easily pulled away in all sorts of directions.

1. Yes of course, as you get your desired results you are shifting into a reality in which you already got your desired. You can shift into a reality where you immediately get your changes or just slowly get them, is up to you really 💕
2. If i remember correctly "respawn" is a little different from "reality shifting" because if im not mistaken you have to die in this reality(?) I could be mistaken cause there are a lot of different opinions about "respawning" so I recomend you to read a little more information if that's what you'd like to do. What I do know alot is about reality shifting, like I said in my other comment where are constantly shifting, even if we can't tell, we are constantly shifting. I don't know if you have heard of Law of the Assumption, but It can definitely help you to manifest your desires quickly, to sum it up, you assume that you already have your desires and start thinking as if you already got them.
For example, if you want a desired face, you start affirming/thinking things like "isn't it wonderful I have my ideal face, I feel so pretty now that I have my ideal face, I've been feeling so confident since I got my ideal face" and more so.
There are an infinite amount of reality, and you're shifting into one where you already have you results and all of your loved ones will be in your DR and yes they will definitely be the same person's that they are rn.
You don't have to worry, you're not leaving anyone left behind❤
If you still feel a little anxious about it you can have an script in which you say what you'd like to have in your DR and write that you're not living anything/anyone behind❤

The first time I shifted (accidentally) I got into a reality identical with this one except that my handicapped younger brother was possessed by a spirit/demon. The entity created a clone of him that was 10x stronger and was absolutely healthy.
My granny knew how to get rid of the clone and she taught me to stick my finger into it's eyes.
I also remember a moment when I prepared a place in my room so my brother would sleep with me (I have cleaned my room with a spell and incense and I knew he was safe)
After that was done , I took my headphones as I was prepared to play some subliminals. I didnt play any video when I heard a scary robotic voice through my headphones saying "do you hear something in your head ?" and I instantly knew it was the spirit/demon that had possessed my bro
That's when ( I have no idea how but I'm glad it happened ) I came back to this reality
I was surprised by the fact that I didn't actually get scared in the whole situation and I remained pretty calm and rational.

I can’t quite tell if it was a daydream or if it was a premonition or some weird combination of both. Well out of the blue yesterday One of my relatives hand me that exact pendant as a very late birthday present. It was in the exact shape in in the exact size as the one that I kept picturing. But there’s no way anybody could’ve known about it because I didn’t tell anyone. I didn’t post about it anywhere until now. No one could’ve known to get that for me. Here’s what I’m trying to figure out. Does this mean that more things are going to manifest? Does this mean that the reality I want to shift to in the one I’m in are drawing closer together? Or does it mean something else entirely? Does anybody have any clue what’s going on?

OKAY WAIT WTF 😭😭 I added this to my overnight playlist for fun two days ago and on the first night (I didn’t think too much about it), I had a wonderful lucid dream about a “certain topic” 👀 I haven’t had a lucid dream in forever omg. Anyway, last night (still didn’t think about it) I SWEAR I EXPERIENCED THAT SHIFTING PHASE. I’ve been trying to shift since 2020 and have only ever had lucid dreams or nice dreams but last night I felt that dizzy, leaving the body feeling ;-;;-;- like I wasn’t thinking about it, just imagining my usual scenarios before I slept bcs ✨coping mechanism✨ and I thought I was half asleep but my body felt very limp. I thought it was sleep paralysis at first but it felt waayyy more peaceful than that so I just went along with it. I’m not sure if I shifted but I had another stronger lucid dream about the same topic !! 💕💕 Def recommend :)

I am not one to comment on the music used in any subliminal/frequency videos, but this one is quite beautiful, and it occurred to me not long after listening to it the first time that it sounds like a fitting theme for a waiting room. It also seems like it could be Harry Potter music. I imagine one might have to pass quickly through any such place since it is a reality between realities regardless.
Also, I have been wondering if "reality shifting" is just another way of referring to astral projection because it occurred to me not long after watching certain videos on "reality shifting" that it sounds most similar to astral projection. If true, that kind of sucks since one can have those experiences only for the duration of any astral session rather than being able to permanently experience a new reality, but I also have not read or heard any mention of the cord associated with astral projection so far.
To add to that, if the two are the same, then that would mean it has been around ever since the first conscious astral projection rather than something people who are part of Generation Z came up with. I like to think young Millennials like me had a part in this all anyway. Regardless, I really want to discuss this with others who are familiar with both reality shifting and astral projection, especially people who have had experiences pertaining to them.
I know ur comment is quite old but I'd like to say what I think. I don't think reality shifting is quite the same as astral projection because while reality shifting ur in a different physical body whereas astral projection, u aren't in a physical body, you're traveling outside your body in your astral body. So I don't quite know what reality shifting is🤔 I do know that both are out of body experiences in the sense of being outside of THIS physical body. I also think each astral projection experience would be different depending on what reality ur in considering u ARE in two different realities so the "laws" of each world would be different. Not sure if I'm making much sense but yeah

You guys have to realize and actually wake up to reality that you cannot shift into a whole other world permanently with a unrealistic goal. Such as shifting into a "reality" where animals aren't abused.. animals are abused everyday. You can't get rid of control this reality of what other people do when it's too many doing it.
