In this practice session, I try to follow what we learned from Brian May to build a melodic solo over a backing track greatly inspired by Queen.

"Hearing and Singing". What every guitarist must do right from the beginning.

Many thanks for this lesson - Absolutely 100% spot-on. "Think like a musician" :) just a fabulous video. Getting an insight into how the greats approach their song-writing/playing is massively inspiring (Brian May is the business). Please do more!

Amazing video, David! Love that Harley Benton. How does it stay in tune? Mine is going out of tune especially when I use the tremolo :( even though I love the sound of this instrument for its price

Have you tried stretching the strings? Same for all guitars... pull the strings away from the fretboard .. this tightens the string around machine head and over the nut. . And firmly seats the ball end at the bridge

Chris King I have 12 guitars and this one is the only with this problem. I think the problem is in the tremolo. But the replacement for a nice Gotoh system, locking tuners and better nut is pretty pricey...
