I have been eating tofu for years and this is by far the most impressive recipe I’ve ever seen!!! Thank you for sharing this outstanding level of creativity! I will most definitely give this a try with some garlic mashed potatoes and string beans! 🤤
Yay!!! Thank you so much that makes me so happy to hear 🥰 i can’t wait for you to try!! Please let me know how it goes ❤❤
We eat tofu steaks almost every week!! This recipe looks amazing 😍😍
tofu is just the best! thank you so much Holly!!!
Love this so much! Alot of vegan "steak" alternatives have vital wheat gluten and I can't eat it!
Yay!!! I’m so glad it can help. I know the seitan was is fun but it’s a lot of work this way is so much easier!
My husband can’t either!
I can’t wait to try this! Looks awesome - that, “knife” though 🔪
yay let me know how it goes!! i know i love it!
Whoa this ends up looking amazing with either method. Definitely making steak and potatoes this weekend, since I have everything but the Pom.
Thanks so much for these seasonal recipes - sad the fall season is over - it’s honestly been so fun to cook along and find new fave recipes.
Yeah i was really happy with the vibes result!!! You’ve gotta let me know how it goes obviously you know i love to hear. Aww I’ll be back with so many good ones in a month! Appreciate you being here 💕

WOW! You are awesome!🤩Luckily I love tofu and tofu recipes! Really don’t like impossible and beyond substituting for creative vegan cooking! THX!
thank you so much! i agree tofu is one of my favorite foods!!!
Love this idea! 😊
Thank you so much love! Always appreciate all your kindness and support on recipes and videos
Wow! Can't wait to try this one. I've been trying different things with tofu but this looks so easy. I may try freezing the tofu before and/or after the marinade to give it a little extra texture.
yay!!! yeah it is a fun way to prepare! i did initially test it with freezing and it was good. i just was trying to keep this one easy. i froze it in the marinade!! which is a good way to do it!
Wow! This looks amazing!
Thank you so much Monique 💕
This is a really interesting way to prepare tofu, and I will definitely give it a go now that, after an unseasonably warm week, we're entering an unseasonably cold week. [shrug] Thanks for posting this, and try to relax when you can for the next month after all the hard work you did for summer and fall playlists. : )
thank you so much! ugh i know we must be in the same region because we had 80 today and then the low is 30 for next week!!! so strange. aw thank you i appreciate all your love and support on all the videos
I love this idea for upcoming videos! Great reminders of what you have put out and you do have so many amazing holiday recipes! The Wellington is one of my holiday favourites!! Will be making at Christmas ❤❤
Yes exactly!! People don’t know about those recipes that are a few years old so I need to get them back out haha! ❤
Looks great! Thanks for your recipes, I appreciate your style.
Thank you so much Karen! Appreciate you being here!
Oh man! This look awesome. I can’t wait to try!
Thank you so much!!! I am excited for you to try!
This looks really tasty and creative! Omg, I totally agree that the House Foods tofu is much better/firmer for these kinds of recipes. I made the tofu salmon recipe with the House Foods and it was one of the best things I've ever cooked. I made it again with the Nasoya and I was like...uh what happened, lol. Thanks for the tips! Definitely making this one 💖
thank you so much!!! i know... the nasoya one is very good for tofu ricotta or tofu scramble but not my favorite for baking or cooking. it came out so totally different when using the different tofu brands it is crazy!!! yay please let me know how it goes, it is my pleasure!!
I love every time you say: hair’s up!
I also like to put my hair up when cooking. No one likes “hairy food”😅
hahaha!! yay i was hoping someone would notice my little catch phrase at some point!!!
They both look good!
Yes!! I was like both of these ways are so fun!!
Love this! Thank you so much! Can't wait to make some Tofu steaks!
Yay! I’m so glad!!! 🥰🥰
This looks sooooo good
Thank you!!
Delicious 🤤
thank you so much
This made me hungry!! I wanted a taste!! ❤❤❤
I wish I could share ❤❤❤
Yummy 😋🍽️

of course!
Another awesome & yummy 😋 recipe Francesca. Sad😢 this is the last fall/autumn recipe though technically it isn't winter until December because there is 3 months in every season. December, January, February (Winter), March, April, May (Spring) June, July, August (Summer) September, October, November (Fall/Autumn). Love🥰 the video and love 💞 Francesca. See you in December.
Thank you so much for being here David!! Yes for sure I am not rushing to winter haha!! Have a great day!
I've never thought of tofu used to make vegan steak, wow! What if I used liquid smoke and liquid aminos along with pomegranate juice and A1 steak sauce and steak seasoning? Would that be too much or heavy for the tofu to absorb? Thank you 😊
Yeah me either to be honest!! Yeah that would be totally fine: i wanted to use liquid smoke originally but my store was all out so I just skipped it!! Excited for you to try ❤❤
Looks good. Omnivore here, but is a great idea to serve to my vegetarian friends that I'd also enjoy. And, no seitan!
Yay!!! Thank you so much. Yes would be so fun to share with vegetarian friends!!! ❤
The “gunk”in the pan would become flavour with the butter don’t bin it.
It was burnt seasonings, i would prefer not to keep it as the tofu wasn’t really cooking anymore since it was just burning and getting in the way you can keep if it you like
The grill press version is giving us spam, and the pan fried one looks very liver like. My parents would be thrilled LOL. I don’t need my meat substitutes to be exact dupes. Those look great 🙂
Glad it can help!
Where's the fat. Why does it look so why dry and burnt
That's because it is dry and burnt
