    It's ridiculous how much effort you have given to produce this course. I cant thank you enough. Most materials would just mention Rank-Nullity theorem, prove it and consider it done!

    It is true. Bad example factoize 7x + 7. 14x +21 is better. Easy examples are challenging!!!

    3:34 It could be [ alpha( -133 1 1 2 1 ) ] so that only one alpha would be sufficient.

      That option would only produce a subset of the possible solutions. For example there is no alpha that gives you the vector [0 0-7 6 0] which also belongs to the null space, as indicated in 5:45. You need at least four coefficients to guarantee that every possible solution is described.
