@@Nissan447 I’d recommend doing wudu first but if u forget and put on makeup u still will have to wash it of and do wudu because u have to do wudu when you pray like you can’t leave it

Maryam I really hope u see this ❤I have been watching you since I wasn’t a practising Muslim. I remember seeing u in a hijab video and thinking, ‘omg these muslim girls are soooo beautiful’. Ever since I saw that one video, I wanted to become a practising muslim (I was muslim but all I practised was believing in 1 god and not eating pork). Tysm for all the positivity you’ve put in my life, and I plan on wearing the hijab when Ramadan starts.

Hi Maryam...i just wanted to know if makeup products that are not certified vegan and cruelty free are permissible to use or not? Because its never clear if the animal based ingredients were derived from haram animals or if those animals were slaughtered the wrong way. I haven't found any clear answer yet. Maybe you could help❤

Sister, please consider whom this will effect (especially younger sisters). Should we declare this as the normal standard, beautifying us on the internet before the whole world?That’s not Islamic correct, but we are a role model for Islam since we wear hijab and I don’t want you to earn a bunch of bad deeds because of sisters who will watch this thinking it’s totally fine to wear that much make up and then hijab. Your interpretation of hijab is different from others. You might have good intentions but don’t assume what you interpreted to go with the hijab is correct.
In Islam we have a duty to be an advocate for the good and speak against something which is not benefiting our community. We are examples for non-believers, especially when we wear hijab people will automatically associate our deeds with our religion and this is something we have to keep in mind. Me correcting her is because I want good for her. We live not to please people, we have a higher goal as believers.@@TomatoPotatoChips

Salaam hijab is not just a headcovering it’s your mannners etiquettes how you communicate with people and all this alhumdulillah is much better than how i used to do it with a big bun and hair showing! Thankyou for sharing your concern
