There are 3 reference points . 1. When u start reversing you must see the top-left corner of the parking spot, and you must turn to right completely when that corner disappears from your right-side mirror. 2. 2nd reference point is the bottom-right corner point... when you r turning your car, as soon as you see the bottom-right corner on your left mirror you must turn to the left by half (NOT COMPLETELY). 3. At last when your back wheels touch the solid base line on the right you must turn again half which completes the previous half turn you made. TIP- drive as slow as possible (BUT DON'T STOP THE CAR FOR PARALLEL PARKING OR ANGLE PARKING,IT IS IMMEDIATE FAIL)
John u r right about the 3 reference points in parallel parking but there are a few institutes who teach 2 reference points and it is effective as well.

Don't expect everything would be perfect. Drive slowly and anticipate if you're going to hit yellow lines. If so, don't be afraid to adjust. It's allowed.

Do I need to adjust my mirrors for parking at the beginning of test (before slope test and emergency brake) or do I just readjust my mirrors before doing the first parking?
Simran, it is preferable that u adjust the mirrors at the beginning of the test but u can adjust them before any of the 3 parking tests as long as u don't activate the test time of that particular parking ( i.e for angle parking, the test time starts when u activate the right indicator. The garage and parallel parking test times begin when u put the gear in reverse. So if u activate the test time of any particular parking and then readjust the mirrors, its highly possible that u won't be able to complete the parking in it's allotted time. Hope that it was beneficial.
You should do it in the beginning to save the time however if you feel you need to readjust you can do it during the test too. For quick response DM me on my insta account @Mrfinedine

@Sumaira I believe you are asking about the indicator while exiting the parking. For angle parking since you ll be taking reverse you need to put right hand side indicator. For parallel parking left hand indicator( as you ll be going forward) and for garage parking use left hand indicator. Remember which ever side your car is moving you need to give indicator for that side.
Sumaira Gulshan I believe while exiting all parkings u use right BUT parallel if for left indicator. While entering all parking indicate right signal. NB: where the car is moving or going then indicate to that side.
keep the car close to right hand side yellow solid line as shown in the video, watch at :44. ideally your car should be 2-3 meter forward from the parking.
When we re doing Parrell parking, we need to turn the steering to most right and then most left, but how abt when the car is finally in the block , do we need to straight the steering before we put the hand real and gear P?
@Zhou you are not required to straighten the wheel & its better to leave the steering in the same position as it will help to take out the car out of the parking without any mistakes.

What about the straight steering once seen the corner of parking in left mirror and reverse until left back wheel touch the white solid lines then rotate the steering completely toward left this is what my trainer told. Please advise
@Koirala @Tobi please follow what your instructor is telling. The ref points told by your instructor is also right but this parking could be done by skipping it, the way i have mentioned in the video, (With right position of car) however one need to practice during the training. Please note that i am not a instructor and these video are just to help only incase you have any doubt. Trainer are more experienced and you are actually practicing with them so you need to have believe in them.

Shall we put hand break first or parking gear or it does not matter?
Hand brake followed by parking gear. However there is no negative marking even if you do vice- versa.
