Actually between the setlement called Prundu and the one called Gostinu in the Comana Park region, could be the greatest european camping area with beaches, boats on the Danube and fishing sites, especially near the island called Lungu, Longa in spanish. From there to the bulgarian beaches of Albena, Golden Sands, Sunny Beach, Nesebar, Pomorie, Burgas, Sozopol it is a short distance...

The new cathedral of Bucharest is the 6th or the 7th in the world by hight, volume and area: Sagrada Familia1 San Pietro, Vatican2 Cathedral of Koln3 Aparecida, Brazil4 Cathedral in Canada5 Cathedral of Bucharest6 Not sure about Koln though... ha ha ha It might be the 3rd in Europe and the 4th in the world...

I searched for more information and it is an interesting and bold construction, indeed. I also read about the controversy that surrounds it. It's a pity that I didn't see the cathedral with my own eyes, I was too caught up in the Parliament. Another reason for me to come back one day ;) Thanks for letting me know!

@@marketav.1867 Well, the cathedral is not finished yet, it was constructed by the greek byzantine canons as we once lived in the Byzantine Empire and in the Balkans, not only in Dacia. There are also some more cathedrals in the world to compete with like the episcopal cathedral of New York, that of Ivory Coast, Rouen cathedral, Lichen cathedral in Poland and a new one in Ekaterinburg, Rusia.

@@marketav.1867 I forgot the cathedral of Sevilla where might find the grave of Cristobal Colon, it's shorter then ours, but has a huge volume and an area almost equal... Cathedrals of Ulm, Hamburg+tall, Lincoln and Liverpool smaller or the cathedral of Saint Peter and Paul, Rusia. The Dome of Milan is greater then church of Sevilla, but comes after romanian cathedral wich is the 4th in Europe...
