I think the title should be "types of red flags" coz toxic relationships do exist. The partner could be a guy or a girl. As a girl, I've experienced this kind of a relationship and ngl but at some point, I was like this too. I've been through him treating me like this and after that me treating another guy the same way (def regret). But as we grow up, we realize how wrong we were. @@thehealingguy1503 Yes. It was a few months after the breakup. I was going through depression and this feeling of guilt was adding up to it. The least I could do was apologize once again in a more sincere manner. He said he had forgiven me already and moved on and that I shouldn't feel guilty anymore. He's humble to say that but I still get filled with regret when I imagine the amount of pain I caused him. Apologizing made me feel a little better but the wound of guilt won't heal soon enough.

My ex gf was the same infact she tried to suicide multiple times due to this victim personality and then i tried to rescue her by spending all my time, emotions, money, respect, sleep, love, future and finally rescued her from suicidal tendencies but then she made me the villian of her life and cheated on me on the most cruel way possible after 3 years of relationship for another guy and now she narrates to him that how bad i was and she was so much victim, (the same person who narrated me multiple times that if she is alive today that's because of me) at first i cried a lot (rolled in the floor) but now after 6 months I thank god a million times that she cheated on me because i would be never be able to breakup with her even after knowing that she is the most toxic person i have ever met and she is ruining my whole life in every possible way because i didn't wanted to become a another reason to increase her sorrows in life and to start suicidal tendencies again.

Coming to the solution, just type "Templesounds chakra meditation" in the youtube search box. Start with first chakra(root) and meditate to the sound at 100% volume, if possible connect to a woofer. Don't try to control your thoughts, just flow with it. There are 10 minute series of each(seven) chakra. Put emphasis on ROOT then move on to other six in chronological order. If your relationship was emotionally abusive then listen to throat chakra after root, it will make u feel much better in a short time. Research about chakra on Google. You would be fine in a few months. Have faith in this universe, everything is temporary. 💪✌️

I think the title should be "types of red flags" coz toxic relationships do exist. The partner could be a guy or a girl. As a girl, I've experienced this kind of a relationship and ngl but at some point, I was like this too. I've been through him treating me like this and after that me treating another guy the same way (def regret). But as we grow up, we realize how wrong we were. @@thehealingguy1503 Yes. It was a few months after the breakup. I was going through depression and this feeling of guilt was adding up to it. The least I could do was apologize once again in a more sincere manner. He said he had forgiven me already and moved on and that I shouldn't feel guilty anymore. He's humble to say that but I still get filled with regret when I imagine the amount of pain I caused him. Apologizing made me feel a little better but the wound of guilt won't heal soon enough.
