Lyric video for The Fray's new song Corners. This song belongs to The Fray, Epic Records, and any others affiliated, I do not claim ownership of any of the music in this video.
I applaud The Fray for taking a more artistic approach to music after their last two albums. I'm not saying I don't like S&S or Helios, because the songs on them are good, but the problem is a lot of the songs on S&S can get a tad repetitive and boring, especially the ones attempting to be upbeat. With Helios, they actually made the songs more engaging, but sounded almost a little too commercial in the process. And really, at that point there was nothing wrong with the music; the first 5 songs were actually fun to dance to, and I like the theme, but I preferred the melancholy and "organic-ness" of The Fray's first two releases more. These problems however vanished with the 3 songs coming after, as they stayed closer to their roots more while achieving a unique sound for them by blending some electronic elements in with it. As with the three songs after that, I don't like them as much as the 3 songs before, but I can see that they were experimenting with the music a bit, and so I still like them. Really, overall, even in the first 5 songs of the album which were upbeat and dancey there was still some uniqueness to it, using sounds that weren't too overly popular in dance music (think of any top 40 hit, not right now but more back in the day of this release, you'll know what I'm talking about when I'm talking songs that use overused sounds... nevertheless I still like those songs too, it's really more of a note on artistry when I'm talking about The Fray here than anything). I think with this album they intended to give something for everybody: dancey/upbeat tracks, slower and more melancholic tracks with a newer style, and 3 songs where they decided to sound a little different... I guess. With these newest 3 tracks from The Fray, I am SERIOUSLY IMPRESSED. It feels like they aimed to take the 3 main styles that were seperate from Helios and bring them together. There are parts which are catchy and upbeat, with genuity and even melancholy blended in somehow (Singing Low is a great example of this...) and they do this while actually sounding deeper than they perhaps ever have. I feel these songs sound much more artistic and less commercial than some of this bands previous work, and they truly aim to create this immersive feeling when you listen to it... all the while, the people who won't care as much for it still will like it as they'll percieve it as a catchy song still! This time, The Fray have truly recreated themselves and if the critics attempt to still bash them for sounding too commercial I'll truly be surprised as this simply is not what this is. This band has listened to them and they've really tried to bring the genuine side out of them this time, and I believe they've done wonderfully well at improving themselves. I NEED A FULL ALBUM OF THIS KIND OF MUSIC FROM THE FRAY NOWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (That being said, quality over quantity; I'd rather have 3 songs like these than another album like S&S or Helios.)
Hey man here are the lyrics to Singing Low. Words are fallin' on our skin Like water torture, you get in my head You call me this and I call you that There's too much talkin'. (mmm) So please don't speak, my heart is havin' trouble With the beat, beat, beat, so try to take it slow. We can't speak, I want it, I'm just tryin' to find the beat, beat, beat. My heart is singing low. We can lay together, We're closer than we've ever been. Stay right here forever And break each other off again. Where we're going, that promise land, We made that promise, you give me your hand, And all their talkin', it pulled us in. Say you'll never leave, can we promise that? Please don't speak, my heart is havin' trouble With the beat, beat, beat, so try to take it slow. We can't speak, I'm tryin', I just wanna find the beat, beat, beat. My heart is singing low We can lay together, We're closer than we've ever been. Stay right here forever And break each other off again. Woah-oh-oh-oh Can we lay, can we lay, can we lay, can we lay? Woah-oh-oh-oh We can lay together, We're closer than we've ever been Stay right here forever, We'll find a way to love again. Let's find a way to love again, Can we find a way to love? We can lay together, We're closer than we've ever been. Stay right here forever And break each other off again. Woah-oh-oh-oh Woah-oh-oh-oh
I love The Fray 💗 I know them 'cause of Changing Tides from The Vampire Diaries and Joe King is Candice Accola-King' s husband 💓 THE FRAY IS THE BEST BAND EVER ❤❤❤
The Fray recently released a new album, called "Through The Years: The Best of The Fray". As the title suggests, this is a compilation of their best hits and songs. However, there are also 3 completely new tracks as a bonus: "Singing Low", this song, and the closer "Changing Tides". I tell ya, they better be working on a full length new album soon because if this is the musical style they wish to take with these three new songs the album (if it ever happens) could be their best since their eponymous release.
I am ashamed that Corners, Changing Tides, and Singing Low all existed for so long without me knowing. They're all so good.
Ryan McCarthy because The fray can't go wrong
I only found out about these songs a month ago....
i have been listening to the how to save a life album since it was released, and never knew of these 3 songs until now...
“I can see all of the lights.
And I can see the other sides.
And it’s nice, yeah it’s nice.” Perfection
I really loove this song more than the two new others! The Fray, the best!

Hey man here are the lyrics to Singing Low.
Words are fallin' on our skin
Like water torture, you get in my head
You call me this and I call you that
There's too much talkin'. (mmm)
So please don't speak, my heart is havin' trouble
With the beat, beat, beat, so try to take it slow.
We can't speak, I want it, I'm just tryin' to find the beat, beat, beat.
My heart is singing low.
We can lay together,
We're closer than we've ever been.
Stay right here forever
And break each other off again.
Where we're going, that promise land,
We made that promise, you give me your hand,
And all their talkin', it pulled us in.
Say you'll never leave, can we promise that?
Please don't speak, my heart is havin' trouble
With the beat, beat, beat, so try to take it slow.
We can't speak, I'm tryin', I just wanna find the beat, beat, beat.
My heart is singing low
We can lay together,
We're closer than we've ever been.
Stay right here forever
And break each other off again.
Woah-oh-oh-oh
Can we lay, can we lay, can we lay, can we lay?
Woah-oh-oh-oh
We can lay together,
We're closer than we've ever been
Stay right here forever,
We'll find a way to love again.
Let's find a way to love again,
Can we find a way to love?
We can lay together,
We're closer than we've ever been.
Stay right here forever
And break each other off again.
Woah-oh-oh-oh
Woah-oh-oh-oh

I cannot find the lyrics for singing low by the fray
Isaac Slade top 5 male singers
I've never heard this song before, is this a new song from the Fray?
yep theres three new songs
I love this song already
Maybe There's More Upcoming
new music??
It's "blow" not "go" just trying to help 🙂 I know the song by heart
Erendida Garnica with no official lyrics, how do you know that it is it for sure?
+Danny it sounds really like "blow"
listen it carefully
"no matter where the wind may blow"
and she was just trying to help
Danny I went their concert. They sang this corners. It was also AMAZING!! ❤️❤️❤️
Danny, It doesn’t even sound like “go,” it sounds like “blow,” so her assumption is correct.
Is this a new album or sth?
