@@ghostbuilder3187bro I was following a Kia Forte in my M240i and my scanner went off, tried to flash the Kia but he kept pushing it at around 100 and passed by an NYPD explorer doing 55 in the right lane. Kia was cutting up pretty heavy traffic while the explorer almost went off the road and started plowing up the left shoulder. Kia hit a right side exit and NYPD had to wait to get over from the left shoulder, by the time the explorer got to the exit the Kia had taken another exit that lead to a junction that went out of sight and had like 5 different exits within a short stretch, 4 leading to more highway stretches. You can gap an explorer easily in NYC in any car if you can cut up and know how to box them into other cars when you want to make your move. Just don’t try to straight line it away in a 155 hp car lol

Hopefully I can save somebody's life by the spelling some of these myths. They didn't need to see his arms or his face or anything for him to be convicted. I say that as a person who got convicted of felony looting even though they got the vehicle description wrong They got the plates wrong and they never actually caught me from the chase itself. I already had gotten away and had pulled over and was drinking water when they picked up the heat signature of my vehicle with helicopters and an unmarked car rolled up on me. I was convicted simply based on the fact that I was in the vicinity and my vehicle was hot and I was driving a vehicle that sort of match the description.
In the real world when you go before a judge and prosecutor what happens very much depends on how corrupt the court might be. If it's corrupt enough then it won't matter they'll just convict you. Sure you can try to appeal but you risk making things worse. I got away with time served of just 6 months but if I had appealed it there's a potential I could have gotten sentenced to a year in prison or something. Happy $20,000 for my attorney and that got me nothing. I had no criminal record and even had a senator read a letter to support me and they still got me.

For the viewers of this Great Channel on how to get away in chase even if you have a minimum 300hp , never take long straights unless you got 450hp or more . Bend your first left or right corners a few times in a zig zag route until you don't hear their sirens anymore and hit your major citie streets in the same manor until you find a major expressway and then floor it and then exit and go back the other way until at least get out of that cities jurisdiction then report your tag lost or stolen and paint the car matt black with rattle spray paint cans and then get a new tag and leave it parked for a couple of days. I am just joking with this comment. Do not ever run from the police or resist arrest and turn yourself in if you have any type of warrants and always call the police or dial 911 to report any crimes
