What time dis you go to Taboo for the day party? Did you guys end up renting a cabanna or just got the table?
we went around 12:30 /1 but most people don't arrive until 2/3. We never got cabana. they were sold out days in advance
Did y’all make reservations at taboo? Or just walked in? So y’all spent $180 a Piece how much was the table ?

yes, we made a reservation and yes, $180n a piece. That included the table plus food. You will love both rosanegra and taboo

you just had to pay the entrance fee. I can't remember how long we were there. I booked the table on the open table app

Hi! thanks so much for watching. I'm glad you enjoyed the vlog. Our hotel stay was great. My only complaint would be that there isn't an option for early check in other than that we loved the hotel. The staff is pretty nice and it's located very close to the city's main strip where all the bars, beach clubs, and restaurants are. We felt very safe in Tulum. We actually walked a couple times because we didn't feel like taking any taxi. You can also rent bikes or ATV's to get around the city. The locals are very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend bringing enough cash for the amount of time you plan on staying. Most places prefer cash (exchange us dollars for pesos). It will make things a lot easier. Especially for the taxis. Also, I recommend doing your research and booking your activities on your on. Sometimes if you book through the hotel it may cost you more. Shop around before you book. We made all our restaurant reservations on the Open Table app but if you do beach clubs book that in advance. They sell out really fast. I think that's everything. You will really enjoy yourself. have fun 😊

@@dominiquehoward7998 I honestly didn't keep track but if I could guess I would say about $500 total but we split that between the 3 of us. Taxis cost much more at night so keep that in mind.

What taxi service did you use
to get around Tulum there isn't a particular taxi Service. Taxis are usually just parked in all main areas so you can just grab one. there were at least 5 taxis parked in front of our hotel every day.

and how do you book for taboo?
we booked our table on the OpenTable app. If you want a cabana then you have to call in advance to book one. We didn't know that so we did everything last minute. whether you get a table or a cabana try to book in advance. taboo sells out fast

We went to Taboo (1pm) and RosaNegra (10pm) on Friday. I suggest booking Rosa Negra for closer to 9pm.

@@ciara_jay Yeah it's just because they know you're a tourist. In the future, I'd suggest not entering the vehicle until you settle on the price. I just say "I only have X amount, no thank you" and slowly walk away. They almost always call you back and give you the ride at the price you want. 😂
