I mean, this has always been on my playlist and today I finally bothered to turn the subs on and I gotta say, it's absolutely beautiful
To me, this perfectly captures teenage romance. A touch of attention needing and selfish desires, love not being so complicated and needing reasons. Just simple words and actions are enough to make her happy. That happy-go-lucky attitude of "even if the future is negative" we still have now.
The repeats of "I love you" and "always love you" are beautiful in just how the singer perfectly executes them. Such purity and said with such a carefree attitude as if it was the most normal thing in the world. The words don't need to be emphasised or said slowly, but instead, it's essentially "natural". The honest admitting of still wanting your partner even after they disappeared is honestly beautiful to me too.
If a girl sung this song to me (like imagine if this song didn't exist and she just made it on her own) and assuming I understand the lyrics (ahah Japanese is hard to learn), I would be pretty god damn happy. I ain't talking like a hug and a sniffle type of happy, more of a "this happiness will let me love her forever" type of happy
Anyways I don't do that often but this song rly needs more attention (well unless tik tok starts to use it then nah it can stay underrated BUT STILL underrated has a limit such a great song with 26 comments and just a couple k views)
