Outdoor Condenser Unit not Turning On.

- I was out on a maintenance call and found the outdoor unit was not coming on when calling for cool. This is how to find the issue.

It is always the damn plumber or handyman or home owner.

Why do You need a test mode when u can just set the thermostat down to 40 or 50.
That thermostat couldn’t go below 68. It was faster to go into test mode. Plus it bypasses the anti recycle delay

Yes! $400 for making it very clear that the home owner should hire professionals. When professionals are involved it does not guarantee perfect installations. But when one professional f's up another's the home owner can impart that cost onto the other. That is why you pay professionals. You write one check. Yes you might pay a bit more but you avoid the costs of writing two checks.
