"What's the order of operation of passing?" was a very intelligent question.

I love teaching students like this. Highly intelligent and just a sponge with whatever information you give them. Tamayah was a gem to work with.

Amazing teacher, we need more of you in the bjj community, I am curious to know what motivates you to offer this level of quality to beginners.

I appreciate that! If you like my instruction, please share my page with a friend, it really helps my channel grow.
Also, this was a private lesson after a seminar. But I always teach this way regardless of students rank or experience.

I love your style of teaching! The small details make a huge difference. Not letting the "lasers on the bottom of the feet" point at you definitely is a good mental note for me.

I try to use laser analogies as often as possible. lasers.

Yeah, I actually like the idea of not letting the feet point at you for a warm up drill. Thanks dude.

I feel like a video just around "guard passing - order of operations" would be awesome. What a smart concept.

As a brown belt, the answer to her order of operations question is:
    Control the feet first.
    Control the knees second.
    Control the hips third.
Then the chest fourth (chest to chest contact. Maybe knee on belly in some cases.)

I need simple stuff like this. 4 months in and still feel overwhelmed with the complexity and like I have no idea what I’m doing and there is so much content it’s hard to put it together
