After learning that towel radiators were a thing, I always think, as I put on my unheated towel, what it could have been 😔 lol
The first time I saw a towel radiator was in the hotel next to the airport in Budapest. Blew my mind

You can customize any wallpaper to the same colors to get more color options than paint. This s not my tip, it comes from my friend, Irene. But I love the house. Very cute and cozy!

Just an fyi, being based on a European theme, you will increase your profits by a lot if you add radiators in all the rooms. Right now that house only had heat in the bathroom. Love the vids, can't wait for more

My towel rack is right above the vent. In winter the towels are nice and warm and in the summer, they are cool!

When you sell your first house you get a perk point which can be used to either increase the buyers by one (max 3) or increase the amount of money offered (max 2x) - the more houses you sell the more perk points you get!
I would have added some curtains or blinds to the bedroom windows. The natural light is great in the day time but when you go to sleep (or getting changed), you wouldn't want to be exposed to the outside
No curtains or blinds in-game atm - they are likely to be added with the next update though

I have a suspicion that more perks are going to be added over time to spend the surplus points on.
ATM you keep getting perk points until the original circle turns orange which happens after you max all the other perks for that category. Once the original 'perk circle' is orange you stop getting perk points for that category.
The house looks nice and cozy but don't let Iskall85 in the bathroom I don't think he'd like the floor.
Sorry if this comes off as annoying, but I just want to point out.
In the first episode, you were complaining that it was annoying you couldn't see anything at night.
And I replied that Instead of selling absolutely everything in the house, you should keep the light fixtures so you could see stuff at night, and replace them when you were at that step.
In this episode, in the cleaning time lapse,
Almost every room in the house had an old portable lamp for construction work,
And you basically sold all of them without even looking at them.
You are making things harder for yourself >.>
