This is the best recipe I have tried so far with this vermicelli bowl, I have tried others and I can honestly say that this one is my favorite and taste exactly like the ones at the store. I replaced my pork with beef and it still tasted amazing! I am soo fully satisfied. Thank you so much for sharing ❤

This is the best recipe, hands down. I prefer this recipe over any Vietnamese restaurant. I was able to create my favorite dish and share it with my family, who didn’t believe it was homemade. All I need now is a good egg roll and shrimp recipe to tie this all together!

Thanks for watching. To marinate the pickle radish and carrot, there's water, salt, sugar and vinegar. The sauce to pair with the noodles and grilled pork has lemon, sugar, fish sauce...etc...

I'm writing this all down so I can make it again because my wife has been asking. At 0:27, it says 3-5 T sugar. It doesn't look like you added that much. That would be a *LOT* of sugar. Can you confirm that it is correct to use *three to five tablespoons* , which is equals nine to fifteen teaspoons?! Thanks!

@@BinhPhanChannel thank you so much for the recipe!!!! I think it would turn out diff if I used lemon grass. Bc it’s grass I’m sure there would have been more herbiness to it. Also it’s hard to find red chili peppers around here let alone Thai ones so that def compromised the flavor of the dressing for the noodles. But all in all it turned out so awesome! I’m so happy I found this recipe! Thank you so much I will be keeping this one in my recipe book!

There's a lot more stuff in the pork marinade than I've ever seen. I'd like to try it, but at the 2:00 mark, you show "3 tablespoons light sauce sauce." Is it a typo, or is that really a thing?

Will this taste different without the lemongrass? I know that's a "duh" question, but I'm so hungry right now, I have two pork chops in the fridge, all the other ingredients but no lemongrass! 😯😭😭😭😃

    • @BinhPhanChannel
