@@OhioSportsNet1 This is why pre-game inspection of the goals is so important. There should've been a zip tie or something applied to that gap in the netting. Otherwise, there's no way anybody would be able to see that as a goal in real time.
@@DoctorDer26 I came here to post this same thing. The refs should inspect the field/nets/etc before the game, no? Also Avon Lake as the host should be responsible for the state of their nets. Ending up costing them.

No, Avon Lake wasn't given credit for a 3rd goal. The referee & AR didn't see it go thru the net, so they awarded a corner kick
