Agreed that it's way too expensive. It has the internal square footage, but no privacy and no land and no pool (that was a plunge pool on the roof, not somewhere you could swim). The oceanfront location is part of the price, as is the great interior, but yeah, should be much less!

I believe second most expensive unit there were around 11 and almost half the size.. you get a very nice villa for that price and living seafront is not always nice in the winter specially.. but certainly you get the views and location, careless living and maybe more secure than a villa
