Harvest regulations were set for the upcoming season way before this video was released. I'd love to see this proposal be considered for the 2021-2022 season though!
@@underthetrees4780 thats half the story. The other half is that the remaining habitat will not support the population goal. Therefore, the population goals need to be readjusted based on habitat.

Why is it we have a limit of 1 and the guides shooting ducks in Mexico have a hugely generous limit.
