I like to use the Chompers Skirted Twin Tail Grubs. Their garlic scent is the STRONGEST SCENT for soft plastics I've ever come across.

I absolutely have to have a Ned Rig. My choice is the ZMan Finesse or Big TRD. I pare the big one down to just over 3" as it comes in the 4" size or, I go with the Finesse TRD (2.75"). I catch plenty and it catches big ones also. I always say, the big fish are on the bottom so, that's where I'm fishing. Sometimes I will try a jig with a Zoom Ultravibe craw or a jig with a Ned sized bait but, mostly the Ned this time of year.

James, can you show your favorite ways to rig the hula grub? Also how do you rig your large tubes? I tried tube jig heads and stupid tube, but seem to be better with standard tx rig.

I usually only rig it on a football head but can definitely do something on ways to rig the hula grub. Also, the tube great suggestions for future #boattalk videos thanks for watching
