Food Automation presents MultiWeigh + InnoTech VFFS machine for carrots.
This German multihead weigher is packing carrots into pillow bags in combination with an INNOTECH Intermittent VFFS machine with a capacity up to 75 bags per minute. The weigher can be delivered in 12-14 or 18 heads depending on the required capacity and packing weights. The carrots are sliding down the detachable chutes on their own gravity, so there is no positive drive which makes the process as gentle as possible. All Channels, buckets and chutes can be removed without use of tools. This makes cleaning and maintenance very easy and quick. The buckets are directly driven by individual stepper motors, which makes use of air cylinders not necessary. Product is sliding down via stainless steel chutes opposite the conventional positive driven cross conveyors that the conventional systems are using. This means no wear and tear of belts, air cylinders and bearings. All of the above results in a very reliable machine with a very low cost of ownership. The very reliable German built Innotech VFFS machine can be delivered in either an intermittent version as well as a continuous motion version. The machine is able to be adjusted to all your different packing styles and film materials.
