I played a gravekeeper deck with Gilasaurus. Because with necrovalley the opponents can’t specially monsters from the grave if you special summon Gilasaurus 😎
Remember guys currrent meta Yugioh is all about special summoning right? Lol. Sometimes I think swarming the field with Gilasaurus in GOAT format might..I guess..mind ff77k with your opponent's mind or might trigger them to waste resources to pop the Gila.
That last opponent is an idiot. Even to this current day, right now, you can activate quick play spells from your hand, even damage step if they affect ATK or DEF. He's the noob.
interdimensional matter transporter is a solid option in these kind of big monster decks, it lets golem dodge the removal that kills it, plus it can come up generally through a match

If only Golem didn't have the no special summon condition, it would be really cool to play around with. I may have to pick up the gauntlet and cook a bit with it though, I have a potential idea for another way to make the deck...
Technically if you activate Threatening Roar on attack declaration that attack will still go through, but usually on Dueling Book people will accept that you meant to activate it at the start of the battle phase and account any delay to lag
Twin swords of flashing light Tryce (equip spell for Guardian Tryce) can be used on any monster, you low your monsters atk by 500 and can attack twice during battle phase, if one shot from golem isn't enough, you can make it twice.
18:36 Found the relevant ruling from site: You can activate “Threatening Roar” in response to an attack, but the attack has already been declared so it will resolve normally. After that, your opponent cannot attack for the rest of the turn. in other words, even if opp attacked, you can still activate Roar. No other rulings mentioning a case where you're activating in response to the second or third or otherwise attack.
I like this build! Cyber Stein and Gillasaurus completely slipped my mind when putting my Machine deck together. And as much as I love the card, Ancient Gear Golem is a Headache to play, especially at multiple copies which is why I only run 1 copy.

23:09 you had lethal by using snatch, summoning stein for gatling and then using limiter. 8500 damage with everything there since Stein goes up to 1400.
As hard as it is to get out, those big meaty 3000-6000 ATK hits sure felt cathartic to watch land. Golem punished the opponent so hard for goat tokens.

Cobra Jar? It's kinda weak to Nobleman of Crossout but if your opponent don't have it and you can protect jar with traps, it's basically 2 tributes. I feel like getting these two tributes is not a big issue but the fact that you dedicate two resources for rather mediocre beatstick. There are better two tribute monsters, like Tyrant Dragon.

I am loving these voice overs the commentary is definitely on point i thought that nimble momonga was one of the best cards to add to this not only for the mills and special summons but the extra 3k life is pretty sweet when you are rocking stein what a video :)))))
If you play tons of normal summons, try playing "ultimate offering" x2 or maybe even x3, its SUPER good! Infinite normal summons & also tribute summons! Just paying 500 for each additional summon is great. U can even summon in the battle phase of your opponent 😊
That could be a good addition! I just didn’t want to spend too much life since I went the stein route but maybe the ultimate offering direction might be better
For the sake of time and the video having the card be the feature is important to me to draw it more. There is no reason to play one ancient gear golem let alone 3

You and a lot of people it’s a serious problem no one is perfect and everyone is capable of being wrong. A quick google search will solve so many issues but people are just stubborn
You can easy lose spy since everyone play NoC, but momonga is better since it isn't flip monster and when it's in grave can be used for gigantes which is extra special summon monster, but since theme of deck are earth monsters that was probably reason for not playing spies.

Yeah unfortunately pretty sure you have to activate threat on the resolution of summoning the 2 nimble. That's why people activated when your opponent declares to enter the battle phase... Accepted game state have to know your cards and your opponents this game is hard
This is not a bad choice either it does have pretty poor stats and unsearchable but paired with troar it could be good enough I tried it early on maybe I can go back to it

I would play 1 golem 2 beast. Just splash them in a regular earth aggro. Or fully commit to machine otk with both as well

Trojan horse counts as 2 for earth tribute so it's kinda decent in Edison format ancient gear.
