I wasn't a good student while doing my mbbs, and not a good person, for I didn't care much about the implications of not studying more than what was needed to pass exams..Now I work in remote tribal area where it is not easy to refer patients to a higher center, there aren't much options to get investigations done fast. The fear of missing an important diagnosis is always hanging over my head..And I am trying my best to learn from online and offline sources, and in this regard this channel is one of the most helpful ones..I cannot really express how thankful I am to you people..Thank you Dr Sri Krishnan,Dr Binu,Dr Manna,Dr Kathiyani and all those behind the scenes, thank you Videographer and the whoever responsible for excellent audio reproduction..
This is hugely helpful I am a fifth semester student and this channel is usually very helpful for building my clinical competence this is helping me to understand the concepts of medicine and allied subjects in a very unique way
Sir,Everything what is being told by history presenters is really fast. They can speak little slowly and more clearly.Everything remaining is really excellent.
Sir, Thank you so much for delivering this presentation with CT images. I had been requesting you for that. A request to plz label the Images as well.very well presented case. Also, plz post paediatrics, gynea/OBS and psychiatric cases.thank you once again🙏
Sir my doubt is that even if the pH is not within 7.35-7.45 range and the Pco2 by calculations is coming according to bicarbonate similar to what is shown in this vedio, do we still call it adequately compensated ? Does compensation have any relation with pH ?
