Doesn't Val Garland have a touch of the Barbra Streisand about her looks? Anyone else or just me? What an icon in the beauty industry with some fab stories.
Always thought this! Val also has that unique and beautiful sharp look to her that's there with Streisand too. Also, some of Val's work on eyes is very reminiscent of Streisand's 60s and 70s makeup. Very cool.
