James and jessies original voices are great, just hilarious. Really made the characters. Actually all the original voice actors made the show and the characters.
If only there was a way to bring them all back to the series. Perhaps a new studio to emerge from the ashes of 4Kids Entertainment. Thanks to this one huge fan movement called SOVA (Save Our Voice Actors), we might have a name for this new company. Of course, it would need several of the key people involved with the English dub from the first eight years. Among them:

Yup, that's actor Andrew Rannells from The Book of Mormon. He used to do a lot of work for Pokémon: not just the anime but he was also the original James in the Pokémon Live! show.

I remember him saying that as well but apparently in his book he said his main issue wasn’t with the show itself and/or anyone he worked with on it but with his character James who is quite a gay stereotype which was an image Andrew wasn’t comfortable portraying to young children

the guy in the beginning ended up staring in the lead role of the book of Mormon musical. I remember in interviews him saying he did Pokémon stuff, well here it is!

@@NEUTR0NDANCE Sarah’s okay. But Veronica Taylor will always be Ash Ketchum for me. She was there from the beginning until the end of Season 8. The last Pokémon anime project that 4Kids Entertainment handled the English dub of was the 8th movie “Lucario and the Mystery of Mew.” Not only was it a good story, but it was a bittersweet farewell to the original English voice cast members from the past eight years.

god this was great... just made me miss the great voice actors of the show. Eric Stuart gotta be my fav! when he did the james laugh. I have no idea who voices team rocket now in new XY show but they've lost there appeal to me. especially with the signature james laugh that only Eric Stuart can do!
If only there was a way to bring him back to the series.

The Sun & Moon dub has much worse voice acting- old man smoker Brock, head cold Misty, teenage girl Ash, old man with cold James, old lady voice Lillie, etc. TPCi also replace more of the Japanese music than 4Kids did now, too. I'd say the nostalgia filter is too high, for you TPCi dub fans that is.

Wow, I never knew this existed, what a watch. It's really surreal, watching this like 12 years after it was made. Brings back loads of memories, Pokemon was a massive part of my childhood and so were the voices or the characters. Where did you even find this ?

Omfg I had the 3rd Movie. BUT MY LITTLE BROTHER BROKE THE DVD AND I WAS FUCKING PISSED. I feel like crying. It was my favorite movie. And I loved the song, To Know the Unknown. Nostalgic memories.

All three films are now available on Blu-Ray courtesy of Viz Media in association with Warner Home Entertainment. Complete with new HD transfers from the original camera negatives (courtesy of Toho Films), now you can view the first three big screen adventures like never before.
Unfortunately, the Pikachu shorts are not included. These shorts played before the main movie in theaters and it does seem a little odd to not include them in HD as well. Even though a brief reissue of the first film did include a High Definition transfer of its accompanying short film, “Pikachu’s Vacation.”

I honestly don’t think it even occurred to most of us at the time that Pokemon even came from Japan. Some kids may have wondered about it but most everyone I knew didn’t seem to… in fact, I remember I had an original Japanese Pokémon pencil case where the English names of the Pokémon were very poorly translated from the Japanese and whenever I looked at that case, it never occurred to me that it was Japanese for some odd reason.
My mind still baffles to the fact that this guy has voiced anime best characters that being Brock and Seto Kaiba one is memorable for his comedic relief and the other one is just a badass who has an obsession with a white dragon with blue eyes
