Maybe because you downloaded something from GitHub, and windows detected it as malware and blocked it.

The same.. make sure to scan your PC for malware though, as that could be the reason for blocking in the first place.

Make sure you are Admin on your pc. If not, you can't edit files in system32 like were doing here.
If you're not admin, you can do the following:
- Ask admin of pc to log in
- If you know the admin password, search for 'Powershell' in your windows start menu and press 'Run as admin' and then follow the video.
If that didnt work, please let me know what the problem is on my Discord: @Obiot882
