No water no hygiene, thirst after all bottle water empty 4. No gas no cooking. After a week-10 days rioters get bored (can not leave go fun rioting or can not go home or internet social network, no food or water thirsty and hungry, tired, dirty body smell. Rioters start arguing and infighting, many want to leave offer them to surrender and arrest them as they come out single designated exit. Shave heads of all those arrested (girls too) so when released HK people will know they were rioters that destroyed their city. University should annul all diplomas from arrested rioters Police need hire skip loader escorted by armed police to shoot any rioter throwing any objects at them Skip loader can just plow through the streets pushing all debris in big pile blocking off all exits from campus.
