What was the liquid used under the decal to stick it to the nail??
Michele Silva. Hey, I know you have to use acetone ( very gently) around the edges to melt the decal onto the edges and clean them up. However, I’m presuming she put a little clear polish or glue even though it looked like the same product being the acetone. She definitely wouldn’t have used acetone under the decals though. Michele Silva she used non-acetone polish remover. It says in the video.
When I make decals I always wet the nail with non acetone polish remover. Doing this leaves a slightly sticky residue on the polish allowing the decal to stick and I use more of it to sort of melt the edge of the decal. Some people like to use top coat to stick on the decal but I’ve found it easier to use polish remover
