I got it! However, there are many mistakes in this run, and there is room for an update of nearly 10 minutes.

Great run! Great to see all the little optimizations
I love this game! While I don’t have the skills to be a speedrunner, I always set challenges for myself every time I play. Challenges such as no warping, no jets/rockets, or no reading coin hints or using the coin radar.
Anyway, it’s really cool to see this game be completed in the fastest time possible, I think speedrunning is very interesting, and you did a great job.
Congrats! Already looks like a tough time to beat!

USA / EUR / KOR version has no chattering bugs, so I think other players get better records if they follow the same route, suffering from some RNG ;)

3:02:03 I just noticed you got 2 prizes for the Which-Way? Race, or DochiDochi as it says in your version of the game. In the English version, there is only one prize, the “RS Magnum” engine. I’m curious what your prizes are.
In the Japanese version, the prizes for Which Way? (Dochi Dochi Race, どっちどっちレース) are Q150 and Jinsei Meter.
These prizes are based on cars that appear in a board game called "The Game of Life" released by Takara in Japan.
I believe the prizes were changed to RS Magnum because this context was lost when the game was localized for overseas.
As for the speedrun, the foreign version is better as you get a high performance engine :)
Thank you so much! That’s very interesting. Q150 is some kind of racing car in the English version, it’s a bit weird. It is given by Fight (ファイト) as a reward for the magazine, but you skipped past that part so quickly I couldn’t see what you got there. 😂
Anyway, I find these little differences quite interesting. I would like to see those parts if you get the chance to record a clip of them one day.
Also, I noticed you kept the normal brakes on the car, are they better than the metal pads somehow?
