I would say in between short and medium, my hair is in between collarbone and bra strap length in the back and reaches my the bottom of my lower lip in the front I consider my hair in between short and medium but idk

Whichever you choose. It's the same length as mine and I call mine medium. But some may call it short. My sister called it long before. But, whatever you choose, remember: your goal is probably for it to grow healthy and longer.
