While a little morbid, I thought of a Diglett evolution line based on tombstones. They’d be Rock/Ghost types (an unused type-combination) and their names would be Gravelett and Gravetrio (or Gravelott, whichever you prefer).

The fairy type one is super similar to the regional bird line I made for my Kochantay region, where they are Catholic birds because they're cardinals, which is both a bird and a rank in the papacy. They're flying/normal though because they share the normal typing with Arceus due to their worship.

I love how some of these are convergent evolutions of Diglett and dugtrio, some of them are regional forms of Diglett and dugtrio, some are regional evolutions (like obstagoon), featuring duglott, but then there are also a few regional and convergent forms based off of duglott

I’ve thought of multiple regional spheals for example a normal type spheal that’s a elephant seal or a rock type narwhal and I would love to see more spheal love (seeing as gamefreak made it cute then never touched again)
Grass type diglets and dugtrio could also be based on Lithops(basically flowers/plants that look like tiny rocks).
I love how Roclett and Rocquad look like something out of Calvin and Hobbes

wigglet evolves the same way as diglett,and also literally the same thing, it just multiplies
Maybe every mushroom pokemon of each type? Every odd numbered generation have grass type, 2 stage line learning spore, based on mushrooms. All of them have diffrent secondary types. Bug, Fighting, Poison, Fairy, Ground.

Before they enounced wugtro but made wiglett, I made a dugtrio of wiglett when their noodle necks get tied together, and then I gave them proper final evos, the ln I thought "what if we had another one.." so I made ziglett zugtrio where it's a little lightning bolt with the Diglett face but with a pointy nose, and game them an eco
This might be a weird request, but how about a Charcadet evolution of every type? As in, dual Fire/Foo types, not pure Foo types.
Also, I love the Ice and Dark typed Diglett and Dugtrio.

Ghost type was my favorite of this bunch
I can see Outlott having a move kinda like spikes, but unlike spikes, it throws out lightning rod like needles and it boosts the range and power of it's own electric type moves and only their electric types moves and absorbs electric type moves from other pokemon and it raises its power a little bit.
The rock type reminds the Dugtrio statue from the original Pokemon Snap.

My theory of how a convergent evolution works is that the Pokémon leaves it’s habitat into a habitat that is not just another place underground or another ocean. Diglett lives underground and wiglett lives in the ocean. Tentecool lives in the ocean, and toadscool lives in forests. See where I’m getting at? I came up with a concept of a poison type Soliosis, Duosion, and Reuniclus where they basically leave the cell they live in.
