No i dont think anybody were angry on danny ric. and btw the safety car procedure in my opinion went the right way. If just the entertainment aspect is kept in mind then yes they should have red flagged it. If there is a big crash where u gotta remove the car and also fix some barriers etc then a red flag is necessary. To be honest that safety car procedure was just correct. because it wasnt a crash and the car could have been removed faster if it wasnt stuck in the gear. Just rewind a bit of that race where seb was retired, he also had issues and stopped it on the side but it was just vsc and car was removed easily. Just imagine the same scenario if it was in the middle of the race. Like around 30 laps. Even then it would have been wrong? Not at all. Just coz it was at the end and the race was compromised doesnt mean it was all wrong. Yes the entertainment was at cost but safety rules needs to be taken care. Lastly, everything went correctly, Only if danny's car wasnt stuck in gear it would have been removed earlier and we couldve got couple more laps.
You're forgetting that red flag would have been JUST AS safe as safety car, in fact more safe, so safety wasn't a factor here. There was nothing to lose by red flagging. Only gaining entertainment, which is F1's sole purpose.

There was nothing wrong with the safety car finish, the rules were literally followed to the letter. And FYI Verstappen would have won regardless of what the FiA had decided to do

Well the SC picking up the wrong driver was definitely not done correctly... That cost about 2 extra laps
