I like how 5-Volt evolved from being a pair of legs and silhouette to a full body to an astral projecting mother with demon powers.
It is rare to see someone's comment with nearly 300 likes and no comments,also yes i agree.
The decision to make 9-Volt's mom be both this adorable motherly figure and horrifying sleep cryptid is one of the smartest things any Nintendo studio has done in the last decade

Or maybe they get the number depending at the age they're accepted to be volt, 5 volt was 5 years old when she was named 5 volt and viceversa with 9 volt being 9 nine years and 18 years for 18 volt to receive the volt tittle
