honestly, I'm confident to say that I could naturally match Dimash's range but what I admire & respect about him is the control, technique and tones 🙌🏼 he's truly one of the best vocal singers 🎶
Are you really sure you can match Dimash'es vocal range? Dimash has a range of above 6 octaves. We know he can at least sing from a C2 to a D8. This is actually a greater vocal range than all the greatest singers in the world: www.concerthotels.com/worlds-greatest-vocal-ranges Dimash held the D8 note for 5 seconds. Not many singers in the world who can do that, not even females. One thing is to squeeze out a high note. Dimash can actually go through the entire range within a few seconds. Georgia Brown has managed to squeeze out a G10, but that was not pretty. Tim Storms has the record for the lowest note ever, a G -7. That sounds more like a burp than a real note. The lowest is a real song is C0. Dimash'es voice is unique in the world. An amazing range is only part of his singing skills. He can put in great emotions and stage performance as well.

Dimash started music school at the age of 5 and recently graduated from university with a degree in music. He won his first piano competition at the age of five....yep...same year he started music school. He works very hard to continue to push the boundaries of his voice and has created his own genre of music, Neoclassical. He blends operatic tones with different genres such as rock, ballad, contemporary, pop, traditional, folk and even rap! Thank you for your beautiful reaction!

I know this was posted a half of a year ago now, but what's amazing (and is really shown in the other contestants faces) is that Dimash was the underdog of the competition. He was the first to perform on the first day of the show. *The last person or group was the most known and "talented". So no one knew anything about him and really didn't expect anything out of him. And those reactions are genuine because they didn't expect what he does. Also this competition all of the contestants have to have some sort of notoriety, or have some sort of fame (I believe) it's not like the got talent shows the find virtually unknown people trying to get their big break. The people on the I Am Singer have already had it and our trying to win and also widen their fan base. Jesse J was also on the show, if you have heard of her not sure if she was just a guest performance or a contestant. Also also, Dimash didn't win the show. I do personally think he has gained the most notoriety and fame from it though as well as more world wide success.
I agree. From all famous stars that went through all Singer editions... Dimash is the only one that got worldwide fame beside Jessie J ofc (and maybe coco lee). This was actually the first performance for the China competition's new season of The Singer 2017 [which was why the crowd was excited for it to start at the beginning] -- but what is often overlooked is that he was pretty much a complete unknown to that audience [he's from Kazakhstan and didn't speak any Chinese at that time], and he was the least expected or anticipated to do much since he was pretty much unknown to the audience [which is why he was placed to go first -- the most anticipated singers were set to perform last on that episode]. This was actually the first performance for the China competition's new season of The Singer 2017 [which was why the crowd was excited for it to start at the beginning] -- but what is often overlooked is that he was pretty much a complete unknown to that audience [he's from Kazakhstan and didn't speak any Chinese at that time], and he was the least expected or anticipated to do much since he was pretty much unknown to the audience [which is why he was placed to go first -- the most anticipated singers were set to perform last on that episode].
This was the first time the China audience and other performers in the back room on the show heard him sing. Between his first performance ["S.O.S." in French] and his 2nd performance [Vita's "Opera 2" in Russian], he quickly won their hearts completely.
