My name is Skyler Alvarado. I am a senior color guard member. I've been in guard for 3 years of my high school career: and I plan to carry out a profession with it. its not that hard you just got to do a parallel sitting then once you have that down parallel then lay down fast and kick it up i can do it with one foot and both feet too
