The primary goal of this workshop was to foster stronger connections among HR professionals with the ultimate aim of enhancing collaboration and support within the HR team.
The workshop objectives were as follows:
⭐ 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: By the end of this workshop through the tailor-made activities HR professionals felt more familiar with each other, which would help create a more supportive and collaborative network.
⭐ 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: The participants were encouraged to share their insights, challenges and successes with their colleagues. Through open and honest discussions, the coach facilitated the exchange of valuable experience and knowledge.
⭐ 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬: Building relationships was at the heart of this workshop. Its main aim was to enable participants to get to know each other better professionally so that they could benefit from it in their ongoing HR career and thus contribute to the company`s further success.
