Also he is a good counter for SPOT, while 'Locked On', SPOT won't gain any spot charges (as long u are not hitting his Portal Blocks)😎🍻

No, You Can't.. You need to activate the 'Lock On' to prevents them from triggering evade effects 🙂

Sebenernya ga perlu, karena Sig nya cuma nambah Critical Rating alias memperbesar peluang serangannya jadi Critical (tanpa menambah besar damage criticalnya)😁😁

For his utility, Yep.. For Damages, No.. Bcuz his signature ability givin more Critical Rating while in 'Lock On'... So to Answer that question, is Yes, he deserve to Rank Up, even he's not awaken yet..

This is wrong.
1. In 7:00 to 7:10 magik didn't gain limbo in locked down but is the last magik gains limbo when there is locked down.
2. What if this guy kills the immortality hulk and again kills immortal hulk because when we k.o hulk(immortal) hulk gains immortality for some seconds then we can kill him easily
3. So my question W.T.F is this guy doing?

Just to make it clear,
First..I mentioned in 2:05 to 2:12 that his 'Locked On' reduces 100% the opponent's Defensive Ability Accuracy, this is the master Key to answer your question..
1. OK to Answer that Limbo thing, i mentioned in 7:00 that Magik didnt gain Limbo when she filled a bar of power, yeah 'Filled a bar of power'.. gains a Limbo whenever she filled a bar of power is her Defensive Ability, but gains a Limbo when she doin Special Attack is an Offensive ability.. can you see the difference now? yeah at the last minute the video I showed when I fought Magik, you can see that shes not gain limbo when she filled a bar of power but still gains a Limbo when she doin special attack, if this still confusing you, then you should know the difference between Ofensive Ability and Defensive Ability
2. This is wrong if you are questioning this but you haven't tried to do it yourself. Go to duel target, search Immortal Hulk, do the Locked on thing, then u will get the answer... His immortality is Deff Ability btw
3. What am i doing? i'm trying to tell everyone how good his utility is :)

1. Any Quest.. Back to the event when Immortal Hulk and Abom as the Bosses, U can watch seatin video when he defeated ImHulk using Falcon's 'Lock On', no Immortality..
