How do you use Inner Rage? I'm rarely finding a time where I'm getting any effective use from it

If you are just generating a ridiculous amount of rage then you can use it otherwise stay away from it

I find it works well when tanking to spam cleave. Not sure if you should do that tho

on the talent, wouldnt you think putting 2 points into Blood and Thunder from Incite would banefit more ? since we dont always heroic strike???

You use heroic strike in raids more because you generate a lot more rage fully buffed and you use HS a lot during deadly calm

It’s charge -> rend -> MS -> CS -> OP -> slam -> MS
Starting the MS cooldown is more dps then the 25% armor reduction from CS
