Thank you for your channel. Considering relocating from FL.
Very helpful.
Thanks for watching! If you have any questions or would like me to help you make the move, please give me a shout!
Thinking about relocating to Arkansas from Texas.....your channel is very helpful.
Hey that’s great! I moved here from Texas in 2003 and wouldn’t go back if you paid me!
This channel is so informative. Can’t believe I didn’t come across it earlier. I’m moving to Rogers from the Caribbean soon. How is the immigrant community there ?
Thank you Eric for sharing these information. I am planning to move to NWA with my family (I have two little ones 🙂) and I will be working in Walmart home office. Which city in NWA will be ideal considering school (most important) and safety, community etc?
I’d say, Bentonville, Rogers or Centerton would be the places you’d want to target.
Thanks for the informative videos ! What do you think the differences are btw NWA and the central / Little Rock , Arkansas area? Pros , cons for a business professional? I’ll just have to come scope it out!
I don’t know a ton about Central Arkansas, other than the crime rate is higher near Little Rock and Pine Bluff. What sort of business do you have?
If you wanna go to a concert, where do you go? Rogers.
If you wanna go shopping, where do you go? Rogers.
If you wana take your family to the movies, bowling , or an arcade, where do you go? Rogers.
IMO, it's much better for families than Bentonville, unless you want to go to an art museum every weekend.
Corey Rogers very true! Although you could be a little bias since you have the same last name as the town 😂
@@naturallynwahometeam I love your content! You just might be selling Rogers a little short.
Hi I’m planning to move to Rogers Arkansas , but I would like to know how is the less-rent for a house of 2 beds
I don’t do any rentals, but I’d guess you’d pay a minimum of $850 for a 2 bedroom in Rogers
Are there tornadoes or flooding in Rogers? Coming from California so just want to know about any harsh weather conditions
OH honey take it from someone who lives in Rogers the weather gets intense in spring
@reverse thrust, great info! Is tornado insurance available for homeowners, and if so, how expensive is it?
Tornadoes don’t really touch Rogers, and flooding is rarely an issue. Just remember, there are pretty violent storms in the spring. Other than that, its pretty quiet.
What is the best horse community in northwest Arkansas?
@Rochelle Perkins- tell me more about what you mean by a horse community?
How "church-y" is NWA? I'm sure different communities differ, but in general, is it frowned upon if you don't go to church and worship Jesus, or is it pretty live and let live, to each their own, etc...?
Ben F great question! There are a lot of churches here but it’s pretty much live and let live. Unlike a lot of places in the Bible Belt, people around here do t really try to push religion on others.
@@naturallynwahometeam, thanks for the reply! While I don't go to church, you've got one that's absolutely beautiful- I think it's around Bentonville. Can't remember the name, but I'm sure you know which one I'm talking about. The one with all the windows and natural light, and it looks like it's in the middle of a forest. Very cool!
@@naturallynwahometeam, ah! Mildred B. Cooper Chapel- that's it. I guess technically not a church(?), but what a gorgeous piece of architecture!
Ben F yes that’s up in Bella Vista! I’ve had several friends get married there
I'm a senior can't drive need more resources
Smart to get on this video as soon as the big tech companies in Silicon Valley told their employees to work from home indefinitely.
@@naturallynwahometeam I put an offer in on a place earlier this month, but the deal fell through.
We are now on lockdown where I live (our hospitals have no beds left), so I can't go anywhere for at least another month, possibly until March 1. Ethically, I won't violate the lockdown.
Since it's a hot market, I'll start looking seriously again once the lock-down is lifted.
@@naturallynwahometeam It is one possibility I'm considering, along with Little Rock, Wichita, and Round Rock (outside of Austin).
NWA is where I was hoping to retire (Bella Vista) and have been looking on-line at land there for a couple of years. This is how I began to consider other areas near there prior to retirement. I've also looked out in the sticks (to me lol) at areas like Leslie, Coal Hill, etc. but after living in Houston, NY, LA, SF, I'm not sure I can do that full-time?
I've got your name in my cell phone already, so when I'm ready to make a trip out there, I will reach out to let you know I'm headed your way. I need to visit the area in person, and that's not possible right now.
NWA is like other parts of the natural state, only, dirtier, more crowded, more expensive and more liberal.
I’m not sure where you get dirtier...I’ve been all over the state and NWA is much nicer than anywhere else I’ve been. I’d agree if you said Texarkana, Little Rock, Pine Bluff, or Jonesboro. It’s more expensive and crowded because it’s a nicer place to live
BEAVER LAKE 😂
É uma cidade racista?
Nice...great to see pictures. Thank you.
You’re welcome, thanks for watching!
