- Introduction:
Embarking on my first journey to Korea, I've meticulously planned every aspect to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. From the moment I land, acquiring essential items like a SIM card, to exploring the rich culture, cuisine, and nightlife, this plan outlines a thorough itinerary for an unforgettable Korean adventure.
1. Arrival in Korea: Essential First Steps
Airport Procedures: Upon landing at Incheon International Airport, my first task is to purchase a SIM card for uninterrupted connectivity. I'll find a kiosk in the arrival hall offering various options suitable for tourists.
Transportation Prep: Next, I'll acquire a T-money card, essential for hassle-free travel across various modes of public transportation, including buses, subways, and taxis.
2. Packing Essentials: Weather-Appropriate Clothing
Seasonal Wardrobe: Researching Korea's climate for my travel dates is crucial. For summer, I'll pack light clothing, a sun hat, and sunscreen, while winter demands a warm coat, thermal wear, and comfortable boots. Rain gear is a must regardless of the season.
Cultural Considerations: I'll include modest attire for temple visits, blending respect with comfort.
3. Culinary Exploration: Vegetarian Delights
Vegetarian-Friendly Eateries: I plan to explore plant-based cuisine at renowned spots like 'Plant' in Itaewon and 'Sanchon' in Insadong, known for their traditional and contemporary vegetarian dishes.
Local Markets: Visiting local markets like Gwangjang Market will offer a chance to taste authentic Korean street food, with vegetarian options like tteokbokki and kimbap.
4. Shopping Havens: Best Markets in Korea
Myeong-dong: A must-visit for fashion and skincare products, Myeong-dong's bustling streets offer an array of shops and local brands.
Namdaemun Market: As Korea's largest traditional market, Namdaemun is ideal for souvenirs, clothes, and experiencing the local shopping culture.
5. Experiencing Korea's Nightlife
Itaewon and Hongdae: These vibrant districts are famous for their nightlife, with a plethora of bars, clubs, and live music venues. I'll immerse myself in the dynamic energy of these neighborhoods.
Night Tours: Joining a night tour of Seoul will provide a different perspective of the city's landmarks, beautifully lit after dark.
6. Cultural Immersion: Temples and Historical Sites
Gyeongbokgung Palace: A visit to this historic palace will offer a glimpse into Korea's rich history.
Bukchon Hanok Village: Strolling through this traditional village will be like stepping back in time, amidst heritage houses and quaint tea shops.
Conclusion:
My first trip to Korea promises to be a blend of modern experiences and cultural immersion. From navigating the streets of Seoul with ease to indulging in the local vegetarian cuisine, shopping in bustling markets, and soaking in the vibrant nightlife, this journey is poised to be a kaleidoscope of memorable moments. - Auta a dopravní prostředky

Thank you di for this video nd I always wait for your video 😊💖
Thank you so much....❤
Good content.
Let me add on a bit more:
1) as soon as you land to any foreign country(not just SK) even India(for foreigners) the E-SIM facility is available throughout. We just need to convert the money according to the resp nation’s exchange rate and the type of data plan we’d like to use.
2) idk if we can take spices with us, coz in most of the countries immigration dept. don’t even allow body deodorants, so spices are again a bit much for the security purposes.(I clearly don’t know about SK, but my almost whole skincare was dumped back when I immigrated to Abu Dhabi.😢
3) it’s very true that the outside temp is a living hell..so better not purchase so much from our own side and buy woollen stuffs from the designated country itself. They’re made from their required fabrics that supports the extreme weather. We are not used to any of minus temp throughout our lives, so better choose theirs.
4) since the Indian exchange rate to too low, everything is expensive. Food is no doubt. The noodles you are eating are PHO a very typical Vietnamese food. They consume these on daily basis and because of the meat starch that gets produced in the broth they become way to slurpy to eat. Almost all the East Asian communities eat such slurpy borthy noodles. We need to get used to eat.
5)for local transport service, almost all these metropolis provide lowest chargeable shuttles to get you from one place to another, it’s so good if you’re working there, coz then you don’t need to wait for usual city buses to arrive. But for tourist visits, metro does great job!
You said it correct, it depends upon how much we’re willing to spend, save and then calculate. I’ve been to almost all the Asian countries, and found Indonesia and Philippines are the cheapest ones.
PS-
You literally poured all of your genuine emotions in the video on how every BTS fan reacts, behaves and feel while visiting the country. It’s good to see people like you!
Keep up the good work!
Well I would like to thank you for this piece of information ☺️
