Whoever told you they didn't wear glossy lips in y2k was lying to you. As someone who lived it a matte lip wasn't popular until after I graduated in 2008. My favorite lip gloss was a line called lip glass and yes, everyone's hair was constantly getting stuck in it.
I don't why someone would Think glossy Lip was Unpopular Back then But I mean if it Really was I would think That: it's Poppin by Lil Mama her most popular song probably wouldn't have Existed as it was Basically about that Trend.
I was Born in 2004 and Grew up threw the 20teens so I could be wrong With the Amount of Glossy Lips in that Video I would think that's true. I also had a thing for Glossed lips,But I feel like By the time I gained consciousness the trend had already died and yes getting Hair stuck in your lip gloss was literally Pain.
Please do a Scene line!! I really wish they had scene dolls, and I’d love to see it

@@MorgsDolls I agree… These face ups are so impressive and I love your tips about using the mechanical pencil and the water down paint. I hadn't heard these prior and I've been trying to do face up some poppy Parker and I was really dissatisfied with the clumpy look of the paint.

I never wore lip gloss personally because I hated it but, so I'm thankful we have matte liquid lipstick that dries now haha
