Kevin, this looks exciting! How many acres did you get? Trying to get land out in the Hill Country myself - would be an absolute dream to build on it one day. Will be watching your progress most eagerly. Keep the updates coming! Also Dave and his company (family) are incredible.

Right around 4 acres and its located outside the city of Helotes called Canyon Creek Preserve a gated community with all acreage lots.
