How would you tackle with unmotivated colleague who want to be just blinded and do not want to work for more to make better results? I only have 1 colleague in the same team and she always gaslight me that it is meaningless to work hard and give me pressure not to work more unless she said ok to do. Really wish I could work with people who would like to make the better environments, results together..
such a great question! one of the things I learned is, ask what their goals are, becuase when you can delegate based on people's goals, they are more likely to feel motivated & driven. in meetings, ask them: "what are your goals for this role and for the next X months?" , "what are you looking to gain?"
from what you described, it sounds like your colleague is looking for "more time outside of work", "work life balance', and "authority"- so instead of asking her to do the projects, ask her "how do we make X project more efficient so that it saves us more time?" while giving her the control & authority she's looking for..!

i am someone who needs 10 hours of sleep haha (and im ok with that!) so I count backwards. If i need to wake up at 8:30 then that'd be sleeping around 10:30..! all about finding my own patterns
