  • Capillary film offers screen printers a convenient, reliable, and high-quality method for coating screens, significantly enhancing both the efficiency of the screen preparation process and the quality of the final prints. In this video Mick talks about what capillary film is, and then covers two different ways to apply capillary film to your screens: the roll down method and the spray gun method. If you have any questions about how to apply capillary film or if capillary film is right for your shop, let us know in the comments.

Great video- what is a good starting exposure time for capillary film using a flourescent tube tyoe of exposure unit (with neoprene
Cover and vaccum pump style). I dont have an exposure scale- just looking for a ballpark starting point. Using posi-film/ velum or mylar printed with an inkjet.

Might want to say under 40 lb. air pressure. 40 lb. and up will blow bubbles
under a human's skin... One does not want air bubbles in the body.
