I am going to explain in details consequences of absconding from MNC.
Please watch it in full and like the video if it helps.
There will not be any experience letter with the employee. Absconder will be left with a bad reputation, as he/she will be put into the blacklist and never be rehired.
If you are planning to leave after few days of joining ,better drop a mail stating you can't continue .
In such cases company can't terminate you with no show reason. In rare worst case if company did , you can say you had informed the company. Just you have not served notice period which you can pay the notice buyout in worst rare case.

Hi ...i was joined a bpo company Just 1 month before and i got better job in another company so I informed my manager that i want to quit my job...he said you have to serve 30 days notice period if you don't serve means you have to buyout for company or otherwise you will considered as abscond candidate....but I have their asset I need to submit that...if incase my company told me submit the asset is there any chance to catch me at the time of asset submissions?.....plz tell me how to this situation and. Mujhe ek IT company se offer letter aya tha and maine join Kia tha, within 30 days they failed to assign me a project. In 31st day in morning one program manager called me (I recorded) and informed that if I don't get project in next 30 days , you will be terminated. On that same day I resigned and informed the proper reason. And also informed through mail that from tomorrow I will not continue (also I was in bench).
Next day supervisor called me (I recorded) and I explained all the things and he accepted. On 32nd day I joined in a new company and I informed(over phone) all the things and company said not to mention anything about your last company where u were in for 1 month.
I also mentioned in the mail not to credit my salary and don't open any PF account. But in the month end they credited my salary and opened PF account.
So now as PF account has been created by the previous company where I was in one month only and credited my salary, can I face any big Problem ?
They are threating me that they will take leagal action and will abscond me. But how can they take action ? I informed everything through mail with proper reason. And through mail they also asked me to submit all assets. I did all the formalities but now I am very much worried. Kindly suggest me sir what they can do against me ?
Nothing will happen even if they have created pf account.
There are very less chances that when will u try to join company like tcs or HCl they may find about it and they will ask about certificate. You can convince the hr by showing this mail which u have sent to last company. But still chances are very less.
In other 99% company not at all issue.
And don't worry they can't take legal action. Yaa they may ask notice period recovery amount which you need to handle. And hope you have returned all their assets.
@@LiveLife12 Yes sir, I submitted all assets and they acknowledged the receipt through mail. If they ask me to pay basic salary of three months, I am ready to pay but for that they should provide clearance and service certificate letter.
If they don't provide any certificate letter and abscond me then if I join next company like tcs or HCL, can they able to know that I worked for that company for one month ? Because they created PF account in UAN portal but through UAN number can they able to know ?
No need of three months.
You have worked only one month so your dependency would be very less. One month basic should be enough.
And daily 100 of new employee joins such companies. And definitely few of them will have such cases everyday. nothing happens.
What I said was of 0.1 % chances so you can ignore that.

Hiding two months should not create any problem.
While bgv if they got to know about your two month work, they will ask documents which u can share. So there is no problem hiding two months.

sir i had joined a banking co after 5 days of training i decide to leave the job because i am not fit in 12 to 13 hours job so i give resign and i have to study CS but even i not want serve the notice period of 1 month i told with area manager and the BM to not able to serve . in this situation what option i have 1) pay the notice period amount or 2) avoid , kindly suggest me.
It's always better to get a clear exit if possible.
So better tell them with 5 days of training, I don't have anyone dependency so serving notice period shouldn't be required. So you can ask them to forgive your notice period and provide any documents which is required.
I worked in a company for 7 months and resigned without surving notice period. Is company me koi PF nahi katta hai, LLP company hai. Kya mujhe koi dikkat hogi
Ek baar check kar lena uan portal me koi entry hai iss company ki.
Agar nhi hoga then no issue.
HCL has one of the hardest BGVs it’s harder than Tata.

Hi this is jyothi i have got offer from dxc so i accept the offer and i joined in a training for one day because of location issue I joined another company without informing them. Now they send mails to me about absconding and they send mail to pay the notice period due. It is very high amount . I am unable to pay money to them. If I didn't pay is they take any legal action apart from notice and letters.

You have not done any crime that ur bgv will fail. You were not interested to work there so u left. U have all the right to left company because bond is valid only in certain conditions. Company has not taken any action. Then why to worry??
If UAN is created then check for that company weather they have mentioned lwd in uan portal, if not u can also edit i guess.
I dont think psu will care much about ur UAN.

No because they would have already submitted to EPF. Check ur pf account once.
But if u r not serving notice period, then it might create issue for ur future bgv in big MNCs.

As your exit was on good terms , I believe they shouldn’t have any issue with rehiring you.
Its better ask them as soon as possible.
Even for fresher, company invest time to hire a candidate, and as they already know you have that potential they are more chances of rehiring.
Just tell them there were some kind of emergency or something which dint allow you to work but now you are in need of job because of financial issues in home.

Go through epfo portal employee service know your UAN by Submitting aadhar details than you will get your UAN no.

Hi bro can I hide 5 months experience in current organization and served 1 month notice period will it impact in and what reason can I tell in interview for future employment.
If you are a fresher you can hide 6 months experience.
If your new company is big mnc company then they might get to know also you have worked somewhere else but that should not be a problem.
In future you can say I was preparing for offcampus or medical anything.
Note: expect TCS. TCS is very strict so I won't comment anything if your next company is tcs😀

Always better to resign if possible.
Because in future some companies can find out you have worked for 3 months here and they might ask documents.
I think you can resign and join other companies as fresher. There shouldn't be any issue

So if you resign they will ask recovery amount and if you abscond then few companies like tcs or HCl or few others might ask documents. So it depends on you how u will manage when bgv team of such companies will ask documents. Usually max companies bgv they won't care but as said few might ask. So you have to decide.

Usi mail me reply kar do date wrongly entered ho gaya mistake se. I will serve the full notice period.
Then wo koi legal action nhi le sakte because they can't force you to leave early and collect money on behalf of that.

Max case, You might get legal notice. Dont receive that post and return it back. They cant do anything. Max case you might not get that salary

Everything depends on manager. I am afraid you can’t do much in this case.
Force your manager to release you early by doing minimal work just to show you are doing something. He might say we will take action but they wont do anything if you r in mnc.
Meanwhile having 3 months notice period is beneficial for you as you can look for counter offer letter.Also max possibilities are the next company which u have offer will be ready to wait 90 days . Inform them later about it.

necessary or not depends on many things. Better talk to them to not charge anything. Give them some reason y u absconded and they might manage it. Btw 8k is not that big amount. Atleast u will not be in tension during future bgv.
I joined and absconded within 10 days and in informed and send a mail also, I am not even get the id card, I handover the laptop also,but they are not willing to relieve me, They are saying 3 months notice period, I got new good job, They are threatening me saying sending legal notice and u can't work any IT companies.

Tcs are very strict in such matters. That's why even they found out.
Tcs bgv are like gov jobs bgv.
Other company you would have managed.
Better parrallely search other company in case of worst situation.

What will happen If leave company without service notice? I have not received any salary yet. They have not provided me with any kind of training also. I also don't need any Experience/Relieving Letter from them. It's only been a month in the company? I already got a Joining date for another company. I left the job because of Bad work culture but i didn't tell them that. Instead I gave the reason of family/personal issues. Is there any scenario where they can file a case against me or i have to pay the money? What should I do...Please help.

@THE ZOLDICS hi i am jyothi. I joined in a company. For two days i send all my study dics to them before joining. Because of location prblem. I leave that. I didn't provide any bank details to them. I didn't get any salary from them. But i got mails from them. Abut training and waring letter about termination leads to absconding and now I got one mail regarding recovery due to pay notice period shortfall. Is they send any leagal notice if I didn't pay. Because it was huge amount for me to pay.

How to know your uad is created or not?
Usually company creates at the end of first month.
In your first month payslip u can see ur uan if they have created.
