I feel you as a half balinese girl who was born and raised in London. Not only is there a linguistic clash but a cultural one too whenever I go back however I've started to realise that a lot of my beliefs, passions and mindsets that I implement subconsciously align massively with Balinese cultural. Such a blessing for us to be from such a beautiful country, I fully get wanting to explore and immerse into that part of yourself. Hoping to move out there this year đŽđ

Iâve been traveling alone in Indonesia for almost 3 months (Sumatra and now for one month Bali) Iâm staying in Bali until the end of November and at the moment I feel very lonely. On the one hand, I donât want to go back home and get back to everyday life, but on the other hand, I miss my family more than ever.
Iâve been thinking about it now for a longer time and Iâve come to the decision to enjoy the last 3 weeks I still have anyway and as much as possible because being able to travel alone and being independent having no one who tells me what to do or think is an opportunity to get to now myself better and I wonât have any more impressions of this kind anymore in the next time I guess. Itâs an unique experience and I appreciate having this opportunity.
and I know when I get back home Iâm gonna get wanderlust again anyway
