Hello, on the website of the manufacturer it states that the Eclipse has a t/o roll of 120 metres / 400 ft. Can that be achieved in ISO normal conditions with MTOW?

Good old venice municipal. Iv lived here my whole life. Id kill to able to fly a gyro here.Maybe even one day get a helli license.
